Elsewhere Consulting bvba offers consulting, advice and support in the area of HR strategy and projects, coaching, teamwork, training and gender diversity. Elsewhere Consulting was founded in 2009 by Els Deboutte. Since the fall of 2011, Els launched a new program line Make me Fly!, a workshop and coaching offering for women and other exceptional talent. As of November 2011, Elsewhere Consulting is also licensee for ‘The 7 Vices of Female Executives’ of Drs. Ellen Söentken.
